This course will help me think outside the box. It also has me think about how to be in others shoes and how to work better with my team. The instructor skillfully explained the different behavioral types and how they need different management approaches. That information helped me really improve my management skills including my problem-solving, my empathy and my communication with my team and has me feeling fulfilled.
